In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "k1games" refers to the platform, brand, website, and all associated services accessible at k1games.org.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operators of the k1games platform operating under an international gaming licence.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k1games platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a User on the k1games platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, casino, and related digital services provided by k1games, including cricket betting, live casino, and slot games.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which k1games conducts all financial transactions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a User on any game or event offered through the k1games platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's account pursuant to a k1games promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process mandated by our international gaming licence obligations.

By accessing the k1games website, creating an account, or placing any wager through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the k1games Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and k1games relating to the subject matter herein. k1games reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an active k1games account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k1games enforces a strict 21-plus age policy across all products and services without exception.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a k1games account suspended, terminated, or closed for a violation of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of k1games or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid mobile number linked to a JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet or a registered Pakistani bank account. You are obligated to promptly update this information if it changes.

k1games permits only one account per natural person. If k1games identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether through the same CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — k1games reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1games login credentials, including your registered mobile number, OTP codes, and any password associated with your account. k1games will never ask you for your password or OTP via email, chat, or phone call.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your k1games account.
• You must notify k1games support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• k1games shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• All activity conducted through your k1games account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is presumed to have been authorised by you.

k1games employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your account data. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept responsibility for your own device security and the safeguarding of your login information.

k1games processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani financial institutions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable payment method limits.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• k1games does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which k1games bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used to place wagers on the k1games platform. k1games reserves the right to decline any deposit it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified k1games account details.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• k1games reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting real-money winnings can be withdrawn.

All wagers placed on the k1games platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, or any other game offered from time to time. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k1games does not permit cancellation or amendment of confirmed wagers except in the specific circumstances set out in individual game rules.
• k1games reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a technical error has caused incorrect odds, prices, or game parameters to be displayed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, k1games's recorded data shall be the authoritative reference. The decision of k1games management on all disputes is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the k1games platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All slot and table games on k1games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as of their stated audit date.
• k1games cricket betting markets cover PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and selected domestic tournaments. Market availability, odds, and in-play betting options are subject to change based on event status, data availability, and operational requirements.

k1games offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your k1games account and are identified separately from your real-money balance.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds typically have a validity period of 30 days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• k1games reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are subject to active wagering will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred between accounts.
• k1games uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Any player found to be engaging in low-risk covered betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to unfairly exploit bonus terms will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k1games platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity or payment credentials to register an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the k1games platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any event or game.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the k1games platform's software, security systems, or RNG mechanisms.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Using chargeback or payment reversal mechanisms fraudulently to reclaim deposited funds already wagered on the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your k1games account or account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward k1games staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the k1games platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game interfaces, software code, and the k1games brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of k1games or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k1games platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the k1games platform without express prior written consent from k1games.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to k1games regarding the platform may be used by k1games without compensation or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1games, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the k1games platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, regardless of the circumstances.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, data loss, or service interruptions beyond k1games's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any Pakistani bank.
• Any action taken by k1games in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding.
• Your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the k1games platform.

In all circumstances, k1games's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your k1games account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the k1games platform is also governed by the k1games Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k1games collects personal data — including identity documents, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting under our international gaming licence, and service improvement. k1games will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

k1games is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on our platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously under the terms of our international gaming licence.

• Age Restriction: Access to all k1games services is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. This restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC verification at registration and at first withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through account settings. Once set, limits take immediate effect and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary pause on their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. k1games will honour all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of their session duration and cumulative wager amounts.

k1games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the k1games platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• k1games has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• You have failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by k1games.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• k1games is required to terminate your account pursuant to a direction from a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting any applicable adjustments for fraudulent or rule-violating activity will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for breach.

You may close your k1games account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Your real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending withdrawal holds are in place.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under k1games's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the k1games platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through k1games's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through k1games's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority under which k1games operates. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent k1games from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

k1games reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k1games will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the k1games platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.

k1games also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service offered on the platform at any time without liability to you, subject to honouring any bets already accepted and any bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
